Pikes Peak Soaring Society Operating Rules
Pikes Peak Soaring Society (PPSS) operates on some open land at the end of Irma Lane. PPSS organizes a contest on the Sunday after the third Tuesday of each month except December; typical attendance is 5-8 flyers. Practice flying may take place at any time though it typically takes place on weekends.
PPSS will pay for Flying Site Owners Insurance offered through the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA).

4. Directions to the Irma Lane Field
From the Springs take US 24 east to Elbert Rd. then north 4 miles. Turn right on Murphy Road and go 1 mile to Tiboria Loop. Turn left and continue north for 1 mile to Irma Lane. Turn right and continue to the end of the lane.
5. Club Equipment
Currently the club has three winches and two retrievers. These are being stored and maintained by club members. Contact one of them to arrange picking up a winch, or them bringing a winch out to the field.
